HELP ON PASSWORD MANAGEMENT
If you have tried to reset your password from the Member's Only page which requires either the user id or the email address and have been unsuccessful, here are a few tips that might help:
User ID's - All user id's are in the format lastnamefirstinitial. There might be a few variations to this if there is someone with the same last name and the same first initial then the second letter of the first name is added at the end. Also, if you are listed by the EGYC office with a Jr. or III at the end of your name then your user id does not follow the standard format. In those instances, please fill out the form below for assistance.
Email Addresses - what has been set up on the website for your email address might be different than what you think it is. Perhaps your email address has changed and you have not notified the webmaster or perhaps your business email address is listed on the website instead of your personal email address or vice versa. If you are receiving the EGYC emails from the webmaster account, check to see what email address it is being sent to. You can always copy and paste the address into the email address box on the Password Reset screen.
